When you send an enquiry, Raymond The Carpet Cleaner receives the name, phone number, optional email, postcode and cleaning details you provide. These are used to respond to your request and arrange services you choose to book.

How enquiries are handled

Website enquiries are securely processed, stored and emailed to Raymond using our website form service. Our service provider may process technical information to operate the forms and filter spam. Only provide details needed for your cleaning enquiry; please do not include sensitive information.

The enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing. The pop-up uses session storage to remember when it has already been shown during your visit.
