Once your appointment is confirmed, discuss anything specific to your home with Raymond. These are useful things to cover before the day.
Tell Raymond about the material and any marks
Send clear photos of the rooms or items, and fabric or care labels if available. Mention stains, odours and any products already used.
Agree what will be cleaned
Confirm the rooms, stairs or items, the quoted price and your appointment details. Ask about any extra areas before the visit.
Discuss access and parking
Mention stairs, entry arrangements, parking restrictions or anything that could affect access to your property.
Clear small belongings
Move loose items and fragile belongings out of the area where practical. Discuss furniture with Raymond first; do not attempt to move heavy items yourself.
Plan around drying time
Drying varies with the material, cleaning method and room conditions. Ask Raymond when the cleaned area or furniture can be used again and what ventilation is suitable.
Mention children, pets or particular concerns
Let Raymond know about any requirements or sensitivities before booking so you can discuss suitability and arrangements for the day.
